SCHOOL UNIFORM DELIVERY
FREE Delivery
Delivery to
schools is FREE on orders for 8 garments and over. Orders less than 8 garments are subject to a delivery charge of £3.50+VAT.
Delivery to
parents is FREE on orders over £50. Orders less than £50 are subject to a delivery charge of £3.50+VAT.
Delivery
All orders received are made to order as we carry plain stocks and then embroider or print the school logo as required.
We aim to deliver schoolwear orders to UK mainland addresses within 10 to 15 working days (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your schoolwear order. We do our best to get your schoolwear to you as soon as possible and as a result some orders may arrive earlier.
When your schoolwear order is dispatched we send you an email letting you know that your schoolwear order was sent by either Royal Mail or by courier. If your schoolwear order was sent by courier your dispatch email will have a tracking number and a link to our courier’s website. Please refer to this email and click on the relevant link then enter your tracking number if requested.
Our preferred delivery company require a signature and will attempt delivery of your schoolwear order three times and will leave you a card each time to tell you that they have attempted delivery. After the third failed attempt your schoolwear order will be held by the courier for 5 days before being returned to us. When it has been returned to us we will contact you to advise that we have received it.
If sent by Royal Mail your postman will attempt one delivery and will leave you a card so that you can contact them and arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.
Schoolwear items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your schoolwear may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your schoolwear within 15 working days of your schoolwear order and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.
