The use of this Website is subject to the following Terms and Conditions which set out the rules for how we run the Website and we advise all users of this Website to read them. By using this Website you acknowledge that you have read and you agree to be bound by and comply with these Terms and Conditions.

We reserve the right to change the contents of this Website, including these Terms and Conditions at any time without notice by posting such changes on the Website. We would advise all users of this Website to familiarise themselves with the Terms and Conditions regularly to ensure that they are aware of any changes. Use of the Website after a change has been posted will signify the users acceptance of the modified Terms and Conditions.

The following Terms and Conditions apply to how we supply any Schoolwear displayed for sale on our Website which you purchase through our Website. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights. The information, service and Schoolwear on this Website are intended for use by residents of the UK only, and are not aimed at or intended for use by residents of any other jurisdiction.

PRICES

The prices for Schoolwear at the checkout stage are inclusive of VAT.

The placing of Schoolwear products on our Website is an invitation to accept offers for Schoolwear products and is not an offer to sell at the listed price nor is it binding on us. We are under no obligation to accept your Schoolwear order (whether or not the order has been confirmed and the credit card been charged).

In the event a Schoolwear product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we will notify you of the correct price and we will give you the choice of either purchasing the Schoolwear product at the correct price or cancelling your Schoolwear order. If you confirm you want the product at the corrected price we will deliver the product to you. If payment has been charged for the purchase and you cancel your order we will, on return of the Goods, issue a refund.

We accept payment by Credit Card, Charge Card, Debit Card or by Mail Order using the Schoolwear order form issued to your school with a cheque attached as payment. All orders received are made to order as we carry plain stocks and then embroider or print the school logo as required. We shall not process any Schoolwear orders until we receive confirmation of payment.

Your Payment Card is debited at the time of placing your Schoolwear order and sometimes a password may be asked for. This is an additional security measure requested by your card provider.

All transaction information passed between our website is encrypted using 128-bit SSL certificates. No cardholder information is ever passed unencrypted and any messages sent to our servers from our payment service provider are signed using MD5 hashing to prevent tampering. You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to our payment service provider can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

All orders received are made to order as we carry plain stocks and then embroider or print the school logo as required.

We aim to deliver Schoolwear orders to UK mainland addresses within 10 to 15 working days (excluding bank holidays) of you placing your Schoolwear order. We do our best to get your Schoolwear to you as soon as possible and as a result some orders may arrive earlier.

Our preferred delivery company will attempt delivery of your Schoolwear order twice and will leave you a card each time to tell you that they have attempted delivery, or they will leave you a card to tell you that they have left it at a secure area of your property (if requested). After the second failed attempt your Schoolwear order will be returned to us and we will contact you to advise.

If sent by Royal Mail your postman will attempt one delivery and will leave you a card so that you can contact them and arrange a redelivery or to collect it from your local Royal Mail depot.

Schoolwear items supplied are subject to availability of stocks at the date of your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your Schoolwear may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.

We will inform you as soon as we can if we are unable to deliver your Schoolwear within 15 working days of your Schoolwear order and you may agree an alternative delivery period or you may cancel the order. In no event shall we be liable for any damages or penalty for any delay in delivery.

If you have submitted your Schoolwear order and received your confirmation Email from Schoolwear For Less, you can still cancel your Schoolwear order provided that it has not yet entered the dispatch process. Please reply to the order confirmation Email and mark it ‘CANCEL MY ORDER’ in the subject line. Please ensure you supply your name, invoice address post code, product ordered and order number on the Email.

If you wish to cancel your order after the dispatch stage, you will need to wait until you receive your Schoolwear order and then follow our Returns procedure below. On cancellation for whatever reason you must return to us the Goods we have delivered to you. We operate a No Quibbles Returns policy.

If for any reason you are unhappy with any Schoolwear item that you have purchased from us, you can return the Schoolwear item to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Please see special note for P.E. Kits below

If you require a replacement Schoolwear item, we would advise you to make a separate Schoolwear order online since this will ensure the fastest delivery time. Please remember, all orders received are made to order as we carry plain stocks and then embroider or print the school logo as required.

*The P.E. Kits are sold at a unit price. Individual parts of the kit can be returned only for exchange of like for like i.e. shorts for shorts, shirts for shirts or bags for bags. If a full refund is required, all parts of the kit MUST be returned.

To enable us to handle your return as quickly as possible, please follow the simple instructions below:

1. Return the Schoolwear item using the Returns Form included with your delivery giving the reason for the return. If you do not have the original Returns Form, please send us a note detailing the reason for the return and include your order number. Please also include your Email address.

2. Wrap the Schoolwear item securely and address it to the following:

3. When you are at the Post Office, we recommend the following procedure:

(a) for returning Schoolwear items with a value less than £75: Post standard 1st Class and obtain a proof of posting receipt from your Post Office. Keep it in a safe place as we can not be held responsible for Schoolwear items that fail to reach us without a proof of posting receipt.

(b) for returning Schoolwear items with a value more than £75: Post Special Delivery and obtain a validated proof of posting certificate from your Post Office. Keep it in a safe place as we can not be held responsible for Schoolwear items that fail to reach us without a proof of posting certificate. Please check with the Post Office that you are using the correct service for the total value of your returning items.

4. We will notify you via Email when we have processed your return and refunded your money. This may take up to 10 working days from receipt of the returned item.

In the unlikely event that you receive Schoolwear items which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the Schoolwear items in question provided that you notify us of the problem by Email to info@swfl.co.uk within 3 working days of delivery of the goods plus return them to us, if we request you to. This does not affect your statutory rights.

In the event that we fail to meet our high standards of customer service please do not hesitate to contact us by Email to info@swfl.co.uk We will do our very best to deal with your complaint as soon as possible and make every effort to reach a satisfactory conclusion on your behalf in order to retain your valued custom.

We use Sage Pay as our payment service provider (PSP). Literally thousands of businesses outsource their transaction security to them. It is our top priority to ensure that our customers’ transaction data is kept secure at all times.

Transaction security

You can be completely assured that nothing we pass to Sage Pay’s servers can be examined, used or modified by any third parties attempting to gain access to sensitive information.

About Sage Pay Encryption and Data Storage

Once on our systems, all sensitive data is secured using the same internationally recognised 256-bit encryption standards used by, among others, the US Government. The encryption keys are held on state-of-the-art, tamper proof systems in the same family as those used to secure VeriSign's Global Root certificate, making them all but impossible to extract. The data we hold is extremely secure and we are regularly audited by the banks and banking authorities to ensure it remains so.

System security

Sage Pay’s systems are scanned quarterly by Trustwave which are an independent Qualified Security Assessor (QSA) and an Approved Scanning Vendor (ASV) for the payment card brands.

Sage pay is also audited annually under the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standards (PCI DSS) and is a fully approved Level 1 payment services provider, which is the highest level of compliance. We are also active members of the PCI Security Standards Council (SSC) that defines card industry global regulation.

Links to banks

Sage Pay has multiple private links into the banking network that are completely separate from the Internet and which do not cross any publicly accessible networks. Any cardholder information sent to the banks and any authorisation message coming back is secure and cannot be tampered with.

Internal security

Sage Pay is controlled by Iris Scanners, which are the latest and most precise biometric security devices available for identification. As used by; chemical plants, airports, police stations, prisons and other facilities where security is paramount. No one can enter or leave the building without a valid security pass.

All employees at Sage Pay are Criminal Records Bureau (CRB) checked prior to employment and no unauthorized individual has access to or is able to decrypt transaction information or cardholder data. Our systems only allow access to our most senior staff and only in extenuating circumstances (such as investigations of Card Fraud by the Police). All transaction information and customer card information is secure even from our own employees.

Disaster recovery

Sage Pay operates on twin data centres to ensure optimal system security and up-time and has a full disaster recovery and business continuation policy.

We urge children under 18 years of age to check with their parents or guardians before using the internet, as usage will often result in personal information being collected.

We take the privacy of our users seriously. Below we set out our privacy policy, which governs the way in which we process any personal information that you provide to us. If we decide to change our privacy policy for the Website, we will post those changes here so that you will always know what information we gather, how we might use that information and whether we will disclose it to anyone. • Save in respect of death and personal injury we shall not be liable (whether in contract, tort (including negligence) or otherwise) for any claim arising under or in connection with Goods purchased from the Website or your use of the Website unless you give us written notice of the claim within three months of becoming aware of the circumstances giving rise to the claim or, if earlier, three months from the time you ought reasonably to have become aware of such circumstances.

LAW AND JURISDICTION

These Terms and Conditions will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Disputes arising in relation to this Website shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Certain provisions contained in these Terms and Conditions may be disallowed by the laws of the country from which you are accessing the Website.
